Safety
SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY – We firmly believe that safety needs to come first and must start at the top. Management partners with a 3rd party safety company that leads quarterly safety meetings and random safety inspections on jobsites at least once a month per crew. We require every employee to take the OSHA 10 course at a minimum and foreman/ superintendents must take the OSHA 30 course. Along with the OSHA courses we require, IDOT flaggers training, excavation competency training, confined space training, silica exposure training and other applicable training courses. We take pride in our emphasis on safety will continue striving to complete every job safely, so all our employees can go home every night to their families.
